I have been given a secondhand kindle from family member in the US. Will I be able to register it on amazon.co.uk? Or is it stuck with being on .com?

I have been given a secondhand kindle from family member in the US. Will I be able to register it on amazon.co.uk? Or is it stuck with being on .com?

Simple answer is that you are not stuck - you can change - that said however most of the kindle world is tied to amazon.com - if you want to change to amazon.co.uk - you have to jump thru a few hoops to convince them that you're located in the uk.
