Hi Hammer Head, I'm heading over to Thailand in March and hoping to do four weeks training in Koh Phangan. Do you know of any reputable training places there?

Hey ineedtoknow, now Phangan is quite touristy, so you wont get a bkk fighters training there. Having said that there is a very good gym there called Diamond gym. It's run by a man called Simon Phillips. Good gym, good trainers (2 ex champions) and Simon will make sure you dont get ripped off by anyone.
