Ryanair name change

    Sorry for writing this in the wrong forum but i need to change a name on a flight for tomorrow at 7am. Im just wondering when you change a name does it happen instantly or does it take a while before the name is changed. I entered all my credit card info to change the name and when i pressed confim I came to a screen that said an email will be sent to confirm but when I goto checkin the old name is still apearing. Dont know if the payment did not go through or it just takes a while. Dont want to chance it again incase i get charged twice. Anyone any idea?

    It can take a while for the e-mail to come through, but I would have thought the change came into effect immediately. Have you tried again since posting up your OP?

    I note that the latest time for making changes is 4 hours before scheduled departure, which is the same cut off point for check-in so it would seem logical that my assumption is correct.
