Hello i need some advise/guidance in relation to some diet choices. I'm 27 6ft and 101.5kgs

the first step i've made is to join my local weight watchers so hopefully that will keep me focused and motivated which is something ive struggled with in the past.

the diet i've kinda created for myself based on their propoints system 9my daily allowance is 43 pts)
bfast - bran flakes with chopped banana + tea
    11's - apple/orange/pear/low fat yoghurt
lunch - soup w/ brown bread
    afternoon - apple/orange/pear/low fat yoghurt
    tea - boiled egg/tuna sachet

i'm also a memeber of a gym so hope to hit the threadmill and get up a share of miles on that 3 times a week and doing some weights/pilates on alternate days.

thoughts/suggestions most welcome my target is to get to 89kg by March, is this realistic?

There is no one tea or coffee that you make you slim or burn fat faster etc. If there was - obesity wouldn't exist. Studies have shoe how good green tea is but it will not burn the fat off you

What will count is your diet. The stickies here are the first port of call. Id replace the bran flakes with eggs or porridge, the low fat yogurt with a natural one , is the soup homemade? Whats the deal with the bread - 99% of it is crap (not to say that you cannot have your bread or anything)

Apart from breakfast, all you seem to do is snack, not one of those is what id consider a meal. Maybe something more solid at lunch and then a decent dinner rather than eating 5 times if you dont have to?
