how do you reboot a hd box

    unplug it for 30 seconds , it will reboot when its switched on again.
    takes about 2 mins.

    By the way rebooting a HD box without a card won't give you the default UK EPG anymore:(

    it will if you have an OLD Thomson box (the one with the component out):D:D
