Cheapest fund supermarkets for an index tracker?

I live in the UK atm and I'm looking to invest £50 per month into an all-share FTSE index tracker.

I found one that has a TER of 0.27% which I am a happy to go with but I've a few questions on how to go about it. I want to go to a fund supermarket because apparently this is the cheapest way to do it (as opposed to a broker). So here are my questions:

1: Will the fund supermarket charge me each time I invest £50 a month?
2: Can I re-invest any dividends paid out?
3: Can anyone recommend a good fund supermarket (cheapest).
    4. Do they charge more if it's wrapped in an ISA?

    Thank you!
