    Hi there

Unfortunately I have to have ACL reconstruction surgery done in February - I'm obviously keen to minimise the time taken to get back to full fitness.

Does anybody know of the exercises I should be doing prior to the Operation to build up the muscle and aid recovery?
any links to any other sites would be cool too.

    thanks!
