    Basically here's my theory which relies on the least possible variables and is therefore, by virtue of Occam's Razor , the most probable. Germans have an obsession with all things scheiser yah? So basically Germans stuck euros up their Arschlochs because it was so funny to zem and they handed it to other Germans through financial transactions. Because the euro notes were up their Arschlochs they had germs on them and so spread the Ecoli outbreak through economics. Hence German assholes were the real reason behind the pandemic.
