critique my workout please

    hi guys,long time reader of this forum and was wondering if you guys could offer some critique about my workout routine,here goes

    squat: 3sets 8-10reps

    bench 4x8-10

    seated shoulder press 4x8-10

    bent over barbell row 4x8-10

    preacher curls s/s with
    seated tricep ext with dumbell 5x8-10

    lat pulldown

    30 cardio (intervals 2 mins fast walking-2mins sprint@75-80%)

    ive been doing this for a couple of months now and have seen some pretty good,steady results so far,honestly my goal is to gain muscle mass while keeping a lower bf (hence the cardio).

    huge fan of you guys here at the h&f forum so im keenly interested as to what do you guys think? does it need tweaking? what else do you suggest?

    How many days do you spend on recovery/ out of the gym?

    3 days a week doing this workout,tues-thur-sat (friday once or twice)
    recovery is never really a problem tbh, taking cellmass/myofusion helps alot
