Does anyone experience side effects of wearing contact lenes?

I used to wear contact lenes regularly, but I find that they are not guarantee for the safety and health of the surface of eyes anyway. I still wear contact lenes on occasion basis.

Contact lenses should be fine, if they are a good fit, and are totally compatible with your eye.

Some older types of lenses were quite tough on the surface of your eye, or did not let much oxygen get through.

If you're keen on wearing them, get a consultation with a good optometrist and have regular checks.
