2012 Boards PW Draft - Participation thread ***NO CHAT*** FULL - reserves welcome

Right, the 1st part of the Draft begins now!

This is the sign-up thread. If you wish to participate in the Draft, please state so below. Note that the length of the draft is usually around 2/3 months. If you can't commit to the game for this length of time, please do not play as we try to avoid having drop-outs. As such, the draft best suits those who visit the forum regularly. This year, myself and BH will be in charge of the draft, with help from the other mods. gimmick will be organizing a few stip rounds as well (to keep ye on yer toes):pac:

The draft is now in it's 5th year and continue's to be 1 of the staples of the forum. The rules for the draft can be viewed here. If you have any queries about the draft, please post it here. A basic summary of the game is that you must form your own roster involving wrestlers of the past and present and participants then determine which roster is best. Please consult the rules in the link for more detailed info.

Please put the number next to you when signing up as well. 20 places MAX.

Please note this is for stating your participation only. No chat.

After we get 20 entrants, this thread will be locked. There will be a period for entrants to try to prepare. The draft begins next Monday, January 2nd 2012.

(note - I haven't included RebelRockChick here for a spot. However, if she wishes to participate then she will get a spot as she is the original champ.)

3 spots remaining again now so and of course backups are always welcome incase someone is banned or cant post for whatever reason during it.

Incase there was any confusion I will start a picks thread which will be locked until Jan 2nd when ill make the 1st rd draw and reopen it. 1st/2nd rd may be stip rounds and looks like we will have 2 stip rounds in which neither myself or D2D will know the stips.

Just count one meself. I like it. It's like a non league team getting into the 3rd round of the FA Cup. You never know what to expect.

I'm like a kid on Christmas eve. It's the most must-see, action-packed, fun-filled event on the net and it only comes around once a year. We came 5th last year so we certainly have what it takes to give people a show again. Mark my words, you won't be able to take your eyes off it.
