Trying to identify British TV show

    Any help appreciated

It was on during 2004. I think it was BBC, definitely a British show anyway

They bring three people into a room from different backgrounds. So you might have a civil servant, a houswife and an accountant for example. Could be any career but they mixed it up

There was a moderator at the side too

And the people would be given a disaster scenario. You are in charge of the country and there is massive flooding in Essex or out of control riots in Wales. They get breaking news, a bit like Sky News channel but info was never complete so they have tough decisions to make

Now and again they'd bring in an expert to give advice or suddenly they'd insert some new issue to rack up the stress. If you want to deploy the army there is a senior army man there to talk to

And they decisions to make like: The prison is flooding, do you release the dangerous criminals or risk them drowning.

Anyone remember the title? Been googling for ages but can't find it.
I liked it though so I'd pickup a boxset if there was one

    Thanks :)
