Strange unknown station in sligo

    So I was looking for BBC radio 1 in the car the other day and where it normally is (99.0mhz) was some other station. It was an American man talking about the economy. I thought nothing of it and changed to today fm. A few days later I went back to the same frequency and the same man was still talking which makes me think he's on a repeat. The radio in the car doesn't show a name so no idea what the station is or where it is coming from. Anybody have any idea? It's really bugging me :L

    Note: I don't know about the county but I'm getting this staion in Sligo town anyway..

    I remember getting something similar a while back when I was in Donegal one day but I think it was up at the top end of the FM scale iirc.

    I just presumed I was picking up some sort of US military services station for some reason.
