Tiger Woods Flags

Hey guys,

I have a collection of The Tiger Slam flags. The 4 flags from the 18th holes that he signed from the courses he won at.

The open Championship, St. Andrews 2000 18th
PGA Valhalla 2000 18th
2001 Masters 18th
100th US open, Pebble Beach.

These are all original signatures from Tiger Woods.
I am wondering what the values of these flags would be today?

How many were signed......I think around 200 or so....my guess on value 700 euro

Why not advertise them on the ebay and the likes and see what offers you get, I'm sure there is someone out there who would like to think their friends would be impressed with such a collection.

Personally, I have always thought the point of having an autograph is that it indicates you actually met the celebrity in person and not just flashed the cash to show off.....

How did you manage to get all of them????
How would you be able to verify their validity???

I have no idea of their worth, but I reckon they would be quite a collectors item to someone.

I'm reckoning about 300e, you wouldn't be getting much more than 50 euro per flag in my opinion.

Unless you have a cert of authenticity, you wont get very much. I'm guessing the flags aren't real course flags, instead they are the massed produced flags that can be bought for €20 each.

They are all 100% Authentic from the course and signed by Tiger woods. I bought them at an auction when this was validated for me and i have proof of this. I am sure they are not mass produced replicas but in fact the originals.

If it helps, The auction price for these 10 years ago was $15,000

Yep, honestly the reason I'm asking is because someone has made an offer on them and i would love to know a ball park figure!

I'm not looking for smart ass comments although i suppose it is inevitable on public forum, I am just looking for information.
The reason I am on boards is because Some people on this site actually know what this type of memorabilia would go for.

I need to double check with our contact in the St Andrews trust but I am almost sure that 2000 was Tigers's 1st St Andrews win an that the 18th flag from the final day is on display in their gallery/museum. I would doubt you have the final day 18th flag, maybe you might have an earlier day or practise day flag.

I would like to verify that these are flags from Major wins and not Major* wins like Harro,Rory and GMac etc have racked up in recent years

I hate throwing ballpark figures around but would estimate that these are worth somewhere between 2-4 million dollars...best of luck with sale

Thanks for the Help guys. I have gotten a lot of what i needed from here and am currently now in the process of authenticating them.

Deco, These flags are from the Tiger slam, the 4 consecutive major wins that earned him that title.
