I have an Aim Top M4 with something gone wrong with it. I got 2 new motors to see if that would do it but it didnt. It's not the fuse or anything like that. Would the cost of it to fix be worth it or am I as well off buying a new gun?

What is it/ is not doing firstly?
What prompted you to buy new motors?
We'll need some details of the fault(s) before we can tell you. :)

Thought it was the motors firstly because i took out the original motor and left it connected and fired and it only moved a fraction. So I thought the motor was broken. I then tried another and it also only moved a fraction. That's all I know.

    Fully charged battery and all?
I reckon it's that trigger contacts are burnt out/have a carbon build up on them. It's an easy fix.

Yep, fully charged. How would you go about fixing that?

You need to open the gearbox and clean off the build up of carbon on the contacts. If you're not comfortable doing it yourself, there are plenty of good techs here and in the airsoft retailers ;)

Afterthought: How does the motor run when connected, but not installed?

    It only moves a fraction.

Trigger contacts, I'd bet it's more than likely the contacts so!

+1 on Lefty's dianosis-if you are on warranty bring it back.Almost 100% of those original APS switches have melted-that right-100% The suppliers should change it FOC -they got in a crate of bakelite versions from the original manufacturers for this purpose:D
