You are in for a treat with the third game. They really hit the nail on the head refining the mgs feel gameplay wise that game.

I didn't know this was out either. Did they add trophies?

MGS FTW. Snake eater is prob my favorite MGS, great games and a must buy if you don't have the originals for PS3/Xbox. The HD collection has Trophies/achievements

Was the one based in the jungle? Snake eater or something along those lines.. I forget tbh Like I said, honestly don't know why I didn't continue on with the series as I really really enjoyed 1 and 2. Though the latter was a bit of a mind **** back in the day when I was a kid :P

As for trophies, I'm not sure with MGS but if it's anything like the Splinter Cell HD Trilogy which I have then there'll be trophies alright.

Yeah, snake eaters probably the best of them all. Shame MGS1 isn't being released in HD, guess its the whole exclusive thing. Mate, next room to be was playing it all last week, gotta love the whole "Snake ? Snakke ? SNAKKKKKKKKKKKKE ???", he must be pretty ****e at it come to think of... cause must have heard it 30 times or so !

yea the 1st mgs on PS1 was pretty brill!! one of the, if not thee, best game I ever played on that console!!

pity it aint on it alright.. cant wait to get my hands on this!

Same as me. I love the story. More complicated than the entire series of Lost but I loved every second of it

Question for any tech savvy people.

My laptop is running fine but web browsing is dragging like a dog with an itchy arse. I've done a disk cleanup, disk defragment and deleted my cookies/temp files but still going super slow.

Any ideas on how to speed it up? Only bought the laptop in November..

Have you tried out firefox and chrome? Eliminate the browser first.

Pings and speeds all consistent and fine ? I have no idea what it could be. If all else fails you could try reinstalling the browsers. Also, this may sound stupid but make sure you're not on some powersaver option

Yea I've ran a few different speed test from various sites and it is pretty consistent. Ping is about 15-20 with 30-35 download.
