That phone runs on the MTK6516 chip. According to XDA that won't work on 3G over here so you'll be stuck on EDGE or GPRS.

Looks like a piece of junk.

Plus you're gonna be caught with customs charges and you're goosed if (when) something goes wrong with it. (And it probably will as it's a cheap Chinese knock off)
