In the Irish Times, he has this piece, sorry I'm not quoting the entire article. It also includes interviews with Br Colm O'Connell and Renato Canova. Anyone been there? The winning recipe seems to be hard work, basic, but nourishing, fresh food, and hard work. And obviously, it's the only show in town. No one's sidelined…

The winning recipe seems to be hard work, basic, but nourishing, fresh food, and hard work. And obviously, it's the only show in town. No one's sidelined into Rugby, Hurling, football or soccer. Or computer games. Or joyriding.

What an amazing thread:eek:!!! Took an hour to read it with all the distractions around here at the moment. I will definately print this out and keep it i think.
