Options re rerouting ESB wires from a chimney

On the attached picture the current set up for the ESB wires on an old house are visible.

The cables get to the chimney stack from a pole on the road and from this stack they continue to another stack on an adjoining house.

My client wants to re-roof the house and remove this stack completely.

Would welcome thoughts on what is possible and what the process is and what the associated costs might be.

I assume its an ESB networks issue.

    Thanks

Might be best to arrange an esbn site visit

    Agree with m cebee here
    Esb networks need to visit
Most likely a duct from pole to the meter cabinet required
they will then put new overhead to next door
They are not cheap for new services
Maybe your client will leave the service as is , but put duct in for a future date
    Come back with an update
