Flushing question

This is the first time I have grown in soil indoors. I have started to flush the plants. Is it best to flush a little every day, or just when the soil has dried a bit? also, how long do most people flush to get that great tasting bud? all comments are appreciated. Thanks~

i'd be wary of that much flushing, you could block the u-bend and then where would you be?
