In this case, those sites are definitely not genuine. In any case, if the price for a product is unbelievable then you shouldn't believe it.

Maybe cheap for one or 2 models but you have to shop around. Often these official sites stick to the RRP, but I see these at least have a discount.

Just stick to reputable retailers, I got runners cheap from amazon.co.uk before (proper amazon not third party). People have mentioned schuh online too.

jcpenney in the US deliver but you will be subject to VAT and duty if it is over the limit. Even then it could be cheaper. Some reputable international shops might not deliver certain brands here -this is usually the brands request so they can continue to charge people a lot more in certain regions, like how levis cost a lot more here than in the US. I was in China and genuine levis costed more than even here in the few reputable places I saw them.
