The internet cafe down a few shops to the right of Mr Chippy advertises that it can fix iphone screens! LK online i think the shop is called!

Just to let you know, i work in a phone shop in LK.. if you got your phone within the last year, you will be voiding your warranty by not getting it fixed somewhere which is approved by apple, outside that your good to go!
