    hi for the last 10 months ive been paying park christmas hampers for a hamper. ive paid every week through my agent, never missed a payment. but 2 weeks ago they canceled all the agents orders, including my own, cos of other customers not paying up in time. park then sent vouchers to my agent, which were promtly sent back as they are useless. we requested all money owed to be sent back in euro in cheque form. they said they posted them last thursday,but just by airmail from england (thats where theyre basied:rolleyes:).,not registered post so cant track em:mad:. still no sign of the cheques. and im fukked for xmas now. what do i do, do i have a leg to stand on, can i sue? thanks for ur time

    Have you a copy of the agreement or contract you signed ? If so, have a read of it but I'm willing to wager they retain the right to act as they have.
