Hi everyone, my sister only got back to me today about what she wants for Christmas and she wants the Downton Abbey Series 1 & 2 DVD boxset. Probably too late to get it from Amazon, so it'll have to be a bricks and mortar shop.

Anyone know which is the cheapest out there? HMV.com has it priced at £28.97, don't know what that'll be in euros. Anyone bought it as a present for Christmas and can give me location and price?

    Thanks in advance!

I saw it for €44 in HMV today.
    Not exactly a bargain.

Perhaps a bit late for Christmas Delivery but you could choose Priority Post and hope for he best.

€44 is hefty alright, especially when it's £29 on HMV.com. This is why I normally buy online, but even with priority post I'm not sure I could risk ordering it from Amazon, though I did think about it briefly this morning. Not sure I could handle the stress of will it won't it arrive.

    Thanks though for the replies.

Just reading this, it says today is the last day for orders to Rep of Ireland, have to say find Amazon really good for deliveries I ordered on a Sunday evening and had the stuff by Wednesday but i know what you mean might be just too close.

Free - definitely. Legally - I think so. It's a P2P site where people upload everything. I've been using it for years. It's brilliant.
