Thread of general training advice for improvers

Just wondering if there would there be any appetite for this. I have searched and looked for something similar. I know for the DCM every year there are threads for improver/beginners/seasoned runners. And there is loads of info for beginner runners on the Sticky.
I was thinking of a thread where people who were trying to improve their times could ask questions and get some advice from the speedier guys and girls who are up at the sharp end of the races. I mean I know I constantly have questions about different things, speed work, recovery times, tempo runs, lactate threshold etc and there is some serious running talent here on Boards and it would be great to get some advice from people who have lots of experience as opposed to just googling stuff. Some great advice from the likes of ecoli and Larry Brent (as an example) pop up randomly in some threads and in the training logs, it would be handy to have a thread where people could ask these questions and they would all be together.
A sample question for example could be "I'm doing mile repeats as part of a 10k plan at the minute and I'm unsure about how long of a recovery I should be doing between them". Just a thought, any takers? :)
