Not sure if it applies to all Hughes and Hughes book shops but in the Jervis Centre over the recently past history of humanity there has been an unbelievable sale on books. '3 for €10' on many great, great books.

I am not fussy on the genre of a book, I just love a good story, or an interesting (intelligent) take on life. But this is a great deal they have going. Their sci-fi fantasy and crime sections are quite comprehensive, the general fiction area needs work, and there is a lack of 'Classics' involved but it is a sensational deal.

To all those uninspired, casual BA friends; one decent read equals roughly 32 hours of sheer personal and secluded bliss. The cost with this deal; €3.33. The cost of a pint (major conurbations) €4; enjoyment alone equals 1 hour max.
