I trying to lose bodyfat, I'm adopting the classic high protein, low carb approach, mixing in with some high intensity exercises such as interval training and doing weights with no break in between sets.

I was just wondering how much fat can one realistically lose in the space of 4 weeks?
I heard want one can realistically look at is 1-1.5lb per week, which seems rather slow.

My aim is to get from 200lbs to a lean 165lb over the next few months. Currently I've good muscle mass but I need to lose the fat. Is this feasible?

It's feasible. I'd go by Lyle McDonalds advice here... count everything, and eat a sh*tload of protein and very little else.

PSMF does work, you just gotta allow in the odd cheat meal and (most importantly) when you stop doing it you gotta keep counting everything at maintenance calorie level for a while... cos believe you me that first week or so when you finish you ain't never gonna feel full.

PM me if you want more info on lyle mcdonalds stuff
