    just received an sms fr Eircom

    Welcome to Eircom. Your service is now active. Broadband if ordered will connect in 10 days.

    Why im receiving this message, i have been Eircom phone and broadband customer since this summer?

    Hi finnteme,

    It seems at it may be an error on our side, let us know if you receive any further txts as I can see as you outlined the broadband has been with us for a number of months.
