needs some support getting a facebook user banned

I apologise in advance to the mod of ah but please move this to the appropriate forum.
i have a problem with a facebook user who has added a lot of friends of mine threatning to spread rumoura about me. I am stressed as hell right now and this person has constantly been reported for abuse yet their account has not been terminated. Could anybody please give me a detailed procedure to report this person?
i am at my wits end now and i really am annoyed at facebook for ignoring the reports against this individual. I tried to find the right thread to post this in but I could not locate it. Thanks

Good luck getting anyone on Facebook banned.

Some randomer made a profile and hassled all my little brother's friends. They were all 11 or 12 at the time, and the dude was writing how fat and ugly they are, and how he found his pubes in their room and all kinds of sick **** to kids that age.

Reported him a load of times and he's still there, typing crap to children.

There is a facebook forum and the PI forum if you want more serious answers. Seeing as FB hasn't done anything I suggest again you go to the gards and report them for cyber bullying and making libellous remarks about you.

Not much facebook could do for you. Sure the account should get deleted if its getting alot of reports. But it wouldnt stop the person just creating another one.

If you wanna stop the 'rumors' you gotta just stop the person saying them.

well reporting them does nothing anyway. me and my friends tried to get one of the lads banned from facebook because he wouldnt stop talking about it(even in the pub). we all reported him everyday and we didnt even get a response from facebook.

Do you know the person or are they just a randomer?

Surely your friends will not believe these rumours if they are true friends?

Could you not ask your friends to delete this person as a friend and then there will be no fear that they could spread rumours?

I recall seeing a picture?poster on the Demotivational thread about facebook that says it all really.

On Facebook - you are the product, or something along those lines. Does anyone remember this or how can i find it? I've been looking but theres too many there.
