Does your train stop at Celbridge/Hazelhatch? If not you can get a train there from Connolly (get luas to there from Heuston)

taxi would cost the guts of €40 so I don't think thats an option.

67 bus is your cheapest option (not quick)

    what time are you travelling?

you can get a train from Heuston to Hazelhatch

However, its a good 30 min walk to the town

SOME Trains are met by a free shuttle bus; see link

    http://www.irishrail.ie/your_journey/printed_timetable_pdfs/2011/Dublin%20Portlaoise%2011.pdf

The ones with a bus are the trains with a blue time at 'Celbridge'

if times dont suit, get a 67 bus from Parkgate Street, just over the bridge from Heuston, approx 50 mins to celbridge main street, where the Mill is

another option is a Bus Eireann Bus (120) from outside Heuston to Celbridge - it actually stops at the mill - but its every hour I think and is more expensive (around a €5 I think) but is quicker
