iphone calender problem

    Hi folks

    Looking for some help upgraded iphone last week and playing around with it at the weekend accidentally deleted my entire calender and it cleared it all in outlook too (yes I know what a gobs**te)

    Anyway some relief the entire calender is on my old iphone with the exeption of any amendments made in the last couple of days.

    I have no sim card or wifi on the old phone as i dont want it to sync and erase the calender

    Is there anyway of transferring the calender from the phone back into Outlook and then sync with the new phone.

    Back up your old one in iTunes then restore new one from back up.

    ps... you'll lose any info you have on the new one since upgrade
