Blackrock Clinic Callbacks

Hi, anyone have any experience with being called back to the Blackrock Clinic?

I recently had a scan on my neck, was told it was fine but to ring back my doctor in 1-2 weeks just to confirm theres nothing wrong. However my doctor's secretary rang me just a week later to book me a callback appointment. Anyone else have a similar thing happen? Like do they just take you in again so they can charge you again or should I be worried? This is one of the few times that I'll be very happy if I'm just being dragged in to be robbed of €120 for no reason :L

Your probably best to just phone and them ask what the call back is in relation to, as you were told everything was fine.
Im presuming you had a scan for neck pain if so, they might just want to give you some rehab and management advice.
Also who told you the scan was fine?

It was an ultrasound of a small lump on my neck, the fella who did the scan said it looked fine but they'd take a closer look to be sure. I got my mum () to call and ask, the secretary said the doctor just wanted to speak to me. Sounds like I'm being charged to come in and be told the same thing the ultrasound fella said :L

As far as Im aware the consultant has to officially make the diagnosis/all clear, so your probably correct. I hope it all goes well for you!
