Think this is a great price for baileys, I don't drink myself but got a few as gifts for people. It €10 for the 3 varieties - Hazelnut, biscotti and original. I got the ones with the gift box. Very few left in Tesco in Mahon.

Nice one, will be buying a few bottles of that.

I use it in Coffee, just make a normal coffee and instead of putting in milk drop a good ole lashin of Baileys into it, perfect for a hangover ;)

Lovely stuff, use gallons to make Baileys ice cream, perfect with Christmas pud! The 70cl Biscotti and Hazelnut versions are also €10.

Dunnes are doing 1.4ltr of Ballycastle (Baileys Equivelent) for €10 at the moment, picked up 2 yesterday evening. Its in a plastic bottle, Good value considering that 700ml of Ballycastle is €9.95

Not as nice as Baileys IMO and that's not me being a snob.
I think the Lidl version is just as nice as the original Baileys
    And it's only 8.79

I've seen some debate as to whether the cheaper Bailey's knockoffs actually contain any real whiskey (though I think even the real version only contains a tiny amount with the rest being generic "alcohol")

Dunnes in Blanch have 1.4lt "Irish Knights" for e10 atm, 700ml Baileys e14 there.
The "Irish Knights" is not a bad imitation of Baileys imho.

Some have no spirits at all in them, just "neutral wine", this is usually sugar fermented and filtered through charcoal to remove some of the smell & taste. This results in lower duty rates, and cheaper to make.

I never knew there was a hazelnut baileys.

Making your own is easy and really cheap.

You could just do your own lindtee.
    In a liquidiser, put:
a cup of condensed milk (I know you have plenty ), a cup of double cream, a cup of whiskey, one teaspoon of instant coffee, one teaspoon of vanilla extract. Blend for 30 seconds.
Pour into a sterlised bottle and chill. Serve.
