I was trying to get my head around the new RCT system for principal contractors. It is moved to a fully online system for 2012. There is meant to be transitional arrangements in place now that allow for notification of contracts pending into the new year. The problem I have is that I cannot find anywhere on the revenue…

I was trying to get my head around the new RCT system for principal contractors. It is moved to a fully online system for 2012. The problem I have is that I cannot find anywhere on the revenue website to link me to this. Is it possible that despite all the information guidelines and video guides that they actually don't have it working yet?

It's not on the Revenue website. It's on the ROS website. You need to log in to ROS (link on main Revenue website) Once logged in, there is a link at the bottom left of the main (ROS) screen for RCT principal contractors.
