Border Barrel (.224)

I bought this for a project but then bought TomCat's .204 instead.
I'm in no panic to sell, I can just keep it for a re-barrel of my .223 down the line.

So, up for grabs is a:

Border Match barrel. Stainless, Sporter profile in .224"
26" long, un-cut. Perfect for re-barrelling a .223 or going for something more exotic such as .22BR.

Border Barrels are one of the best in the business, google is your friend on this one.

I'm looking for €375 or will PX against a Swarovski scope (must have high zoom).

I will be all over the country at Christmas so can arrange to meet somewhere convenient. As this barrel is NOT chambered you do not need any paperwork to acquire it or own it.

    What twist ?

Sorry, one of the most important things!

    It's 1/12.

For people unfamiliar with custom barrels this barrel is more for hunting than target work. The sporter contour makes it light to carry and the 1/12 twist is best for firing light to mid-weight bullets.
53gr superperformance would be a dream through this barrel.

    In answer to some questions:

This can be used for a number of calibres...
    e.g. 22 swift, 22-250, 223, 22BR etc

Thanks all for the interest. Can't wait to see how it shoots on a custom rig- this is a real bargain for a Border :)
