I was on a Ryanair 732 at the Bournemouth airshow years ago and when we took off to leave we came back around and did exactly the same, full throttle down the runway at 100ft then a very steep climb once we passed the threshold.

Pity Ryanair are two big for fun like that these days.

I was at an airshow in Abbeyshrule (late 80's/early 90's) and a Ryanair BAC 1-11 did the exact same. I managed to make my way to the runway edge before he passed over. The noise of those Spey engines being spooled up as he flew directly overhead will stay with me forever!:D

I remember seeing the IAC Casa doing one of these passes at abbeyshrule, maybe 94 or 95 , full pelt , about 20-30 feet above the runway . Best display i ever saw of a large twin, and that includes the italian G222s
