Lee Westwood on a roll, "Grip it and Rip it" in second place.

    http://www.thailandgolfchampionship.com/2011/en/home/index.php

Earlier Sergio put his tee shot on the par 3 8th into the water and was discusted with his next (shot went way right) that he threw the 6 iron into the water.

Westwood finished par, par Birdie. -12 under 60.

His eagle putt on 14 stopped in the jaws of the hole which would have been a 59.

    John Daly second after a 65 (-7).

Funny thing is he will probably be disapointed with the round as he didn't get the 59

daly will celebrate that 65 like its 1992

he'll bow out of the tournament tomorrow

Shameful stuff. Must have had some sort of meltdown

Although I'd love to see some passion like that from Harrington now and again.

But he might as well throw all the clubs ,the bag and caddie into the lake the way he's playing.

Clearly he's still working on "anger management" issues following his break from the game at the back end of last year (after the infamous attack on the bunker at Whistling Staits!!)

Bit extreme there. What's so shameful about it?

We rarely see golfers getting emotional unless they're dedicating their latest win to their recently deceased pop

We don't want machines with no personality, boring...Watching pros succeed / crumble is much better viewing

Does anyone have a link to the Garcia incident? I can't find one but I read on one article "Garcia reacted in disgust to his pushed second attempt by throwing his four-iron a full 80 yards".

    That's a fair throw.

Clarke finally put a few holes together on the back 9 to get to -1. Hopefully a good finish this week to give a boost heading into 2012

That is some unbelievable scoring, -20 for two rounds has to be some kind of record.

Ernie Els shot 31 under once, well on course to beat that. Not sure if that is a world record though or just a PGA tour one.

20 under after 2 rounds, thats some serious golfing. Id be delighted with 20 over after 2 rounds :)

Westwood +1 for his third round and Schwartzel has managed to place himself only 4 behind going to into the final round after hitting a 66.

Highlights of the third round on Sky Sports 4 at 9pm if anyone is staying in tonight.
