What would be open to someone who knows a company submitted fairytale accounts, under-reported revenue and whatever your havin' yourself etc etc.

No person would be in danger of losing their job over this. I do not possess any evidence / information I could back up with proof.

Which body would concern themselves with this and would they ever investigate something on the strength of a tip-off?
