Hi, I am with O2 Bill Pay, but out of contract. If I buy any phone in the north can I get it unlocked and use my O2 simm card in it? Thanks.

What phone you thinking on? Different models can vary on price. Some phones do come unlocked but not as common up there anymore

That's not to bad, roughly €30 to remove the lock.

Idealy, would like it to have:
Wifi

FM Sterio

Bluetooth

Good Camera

Currently have a Nokia 6700 Classic, but was thinking of an Android.
