    hi lads, i was doing some work today near the dublin mountains, finished early and so i took the scenic way home. well it wasnt long untill i came across these lads grazing away without a care in the world. when im out with the x bolt i wouldnt see one deer let alone a fecking herd:rolleyes::rolleyes: there was some nice bucks in there too.......if only:rolleyes:

    just typical, were in the same boat,
    out lamping last weekend we met at least 20 deer in different fields, out the following morning with the shotgun and met another 15 in a different spot.

    out for a deer and we see feck all.
    one of the last shot a pheasant saturday and there was a massive buck got up beside where he shot the bird no more than 10 yards infront of him.
    think we need one of them tripple barrel shotguns with the under barrel a rifle :rolleyes:
