    Hi

I used Play.com today for the first time. I was in a rush using it as was part of a Christmas pressie for herself and she was out of the room!!

Anyhows...I clicked on the 2 CDs I wanted and ordered and paid for them. No probs there. Later this evening I went back in to check over what I bought.

Do they sell only new CDs? There was an option for new copies and were that little bit dearer.

Have I gone and bought used copies?

    Thanks

Also how long does postage usually take?

Hey, If you bought DIRECT from play.com you will recieve brand new unopened items, but if you click and bought via one of the sellers on play.com well it's anyones guess on what you'll get.
Go on to play.com and log on to your account and check your "outstanding orders" - it should show you if its play.com or a reseller you're buying off.

Only you can check what you've bought, no one here can tell you that.

Allow me to elaborate on what jor el said. Only you can tell because you made the purchases and not us, also the purchases are in your history and will list who you bought from.

Look at the screens below, can you tell the difference between them? Regardless of how often or not you have used play if you cannot tell the difference then perhaps you should avoid online purchasing

And lastly if you come into a forum looking for help from people, that attitude is going to get you real far
