Basically for the last few years I haven't been looking after myself. I could go days with just eating one meal a day. As a result I am skinny, no muscle and in general just look unhealthy.

So now that I'm taking back control of my life, I was wondering what type of foods and how many times a day I should be eating.

For breakfeast I have some Tesco Granola cereal, or alpen museli - are either of these healthy?

then in between the hours before lunch I have fruit or a couple of boiled eggs.

    for lunch i have pasta.

then for dinner i have meats or fish.

just wondering is there anything i should be eating in particular to put on weight (healthily!) and abit of muscle?
