Motivational pictures for new year

My boyfriend is looking for a gift for Christmas - motivational pictures that he can stick on the fridge (so ideally magnets) of a body he can work towards in the new year

He's not looking for your typical male fitness model picture, but instead something more 'technical' i.e. work on this area -> get this result

He's slim himself already but just looking to add tone etc., and he has plenty of gym/running/swimming experience but is just out of the routines

I have tried google etc but haven't been able to come up with what I'm looking for. If anyone has any ideas that would be great

if ya go to the animal pak site they have loads of pdfs of bad ass looking types...i think they also have an "animal" calender which i had on the fridge this year......worked for me
