I bought some tins of chestnut puree when they were on sale, thinking they'd be handy for incorporating into a christmas dinner. I've googled it a few times but am still at a loss. Does anyone have any suggestions? Preferably vegan, but I'll be with carnivores too so even vegetarian meals would be great. Thanks!

It can be a thin layer in a nut roast type thing or if mixed with herbs etc they make incredibly good suasages. I suppose you could do both! Mix with herbs and be a layer in a roast.:D
