    Hi all,

Does anyone know Sky Sports 3D is available to subscribers to Sky in Ireland, or is it just available in pubs? Just got a 3D tv and want to make the most of it... :)

It is called Sky 3D as they show more than sport on it and is only available to Sky World customers who have HD.

I wonder will there ever be much 3D content on TV, im not really a fan of 3D myself, mainly animation movies look good in 3D. This whole 3D thing is just not taken off in the same way as HD or DVD back in it's day.

I watched the Heineken cup final in May on Sky3d (in the pub). It was fantastic. Definately somethign I'd do at home.

It will never take off in a big way because of the glasses, I personaly don't like it as it tires my eyes.
