You want to run Win7 on the phone?
Or you want to control a Win7 PC using the phone?
If it's the latter google Mocha VNC.
    For the former google iWindows

I use vnc lite and rdp the odd time.
An iPhone wouldn't have the power to run windows7 virtual machine

I use remoter VNC - it's got SSH. Bit off a bother to set up but works really well.
