Fridge Hings Broken: Fixable?

    Heya lads,

A very quick question: I have a 10-year old fridge at home but in the last week the hinge has started breaking (Disintigrating really, if I'm honest) so I have to be very carful closing the door now otherwise it might fall apart.

So, is there a possibility that this can be fixed or is it better to just get the new Fridge before the door falls off?

    Thanks a mil!

not sure if its fixable but hopefully its a matter of swopping them out for a compatible part.

set aside an hour some day.

    2 options for me
a)either take pics and measure the shape and size of hinge in situ
    b) my preferred choice.. take fridge door off and take the disintegrating pieces to your local diy.
do this the day before you do the shopping instead after a big shop and having a full heavy fridge to move.

let us know how you get on.
