    FREE INFORMATION EVENING FOR PARENTS





    Anchor Childcare in conjunction with Fingal County Childcare Committee is facilitating a practical, information evening on Nutrition on Wednesday 14th December.



    Gaye Godkin a Public Health Nutritionist will be visiting the centre to talk to parents from 6pm – 8pm about the importance of nutrition for growing children.



    Topics discussed on the night will include:



    Establishing positive behaviours

    Mindful eating, Positive mealtimes

    Essential Nutrients

    Reading food labels

    Food as nourishment (breakfast, snacks and main meals)



    All parents are welcome to this FREE workshop. Places are limited so if you are interested in attending the information session please register your interest by ringing the manager Jean Melia or Ailish on 8399025
