    Hey all,
I just got the forms done up for registering a company on registeracompany.ie, now I think the next thing I have to do is get them all signed with a witness present.
I'm just wondering can any old person be a witness, or does it have to be a solicitor. The site is kind of ambiguous on that topic. And if it is a solicitor, is it pricy for them to be a witness.
Any other tips on setting up a business would be appreciated too. First time doing this, am only 20 too. So a lot I don't know.

Now why did you set it up as a company? Rather than registering a trading name?

Btw that sounded like a plug if i ever heard one
