How To Use an Amazon.co.uk Gift Voucher

    How do I use an amazon gift voucher?I added it to my account last week and its in my account balance but I cant seem to find out how to use it.I tried adding the voucher code to my order in the payment page but I get message saying the voucher code has already been added to my account.I cant seem to find anywhere else to put the voucher code or how to use it. Anyone got an idea?

    Ya, I used a discount code with Amazon. You should see it applied in the payment section. You should see an amount removed from the total

    On the payment page there was no amount removed from the total.I actually made the order yesterday to see and it definitely didnt use the gift voucher so had to cancel the order and ever since been trying to figure it out:mad:

    Dont think you can actually remove it from your account or maybe you can but I cant see anywhere you can.Also where is this order page ?I emailed amazon and they said "In the order form you'll see a box that says "Have you got a gift certificate or promotional code?.Enter your claim code into the box and click the "Apply" button." Is it the shopping basket page because I cant see anything there,the only page I can see where you can enter it is the confirm page and the code doesnt work there as it says its already applied to my account.
